Find Hunterdon 72 Hour Releases

Hunterdon County has no official 72-hour release list, so the reliable three-day search begins with the agencies that processed and physically held the person. Checking who was released in the last 72 hours can cover a weekend or several days of court activity, but it cannot be done by relabeling the current custody report. That report omits release details. A Hunterdon County 72 hour release check instead follows the last custody event, its date, its legal authority, and any destination. This method distinguishes a community discharge from movement to another jail, state prison, alternate custody, or another agency.

Hunterdon Three-Day Release Fallback

No official Hunterdon or Warren source provides a rolling 72-hour release feed. The official sweep found no three-day view, released-person tab, release archive, or release-date field. It also found no Hunterdon sheriff jail-information mobile app. Generic county social links are not inmate feeds. The useful fallback is direct verification with Warren County Correctional Center and Hunterdon Booking, followed by a narrowly dated records request when a written event is needed.

A three-day interval is still useful. It gives the caller a clear start and end point and can cover events spread across several court days. Yet the interval must be applied to the requested custody records, not to the dated current-population PDF. Ask for each last custody event within the range and the disposition of that event. The agency may report community discharge, continued custody, movement to another custodian, or alternate incarceration.

No rolling feed: Hunterdon’s dated current report cannot be filtered, cloned, or renamed as a 72-hour release list.

Check Hunterdon 72-Hour Releases

Define the period first. Record the date and local time at both ends of the three-day window. Then identify the person as closely as possible. Hunterdon’s HC number, a booking number, birth date, aliases, and the charging court can keep the inquiry tied to the right custody episode.

  1. Review the Hunterdon current population page and record its report date. Use it only to learn whether the dated snapshot lists the person.
  2. Call Warren County Correctional Center at 908-475-7900 because it is the physical jail for Hunterdon detainees. Ask whether custody ended within the defined window.
  3. Call Hunterdon Booking at 908-788-1184 or Corrections at 908-788-1213. Ask for the last event and whether another agency became custodian.
  4. Identify the correct charging court. Request the bail, dismissal, sentencing, pretrial release, or amended order that may explain the legal basis for change.
  5. Submit a narrow records request for the movement or release log covering the exact three-day interval. Ask for date, time, authority, type, and destination.

Do not stop at “not here.” Ask whether the person went to Warren, NJDOC, another county, federal authorities, immigration custody, a hospital, court, Home Detention, or the community. The Hunterdon released last 24 hours check uses a tighter same-day range when the event is believed to be recent.

Hunterdon Release Snapshot Fields

The current report and a true release transaction answer different questions. Hunterdon’s public product shows a dated custody snapshot. It does not contain three-day history. The table separates fields that are present from the key release facts that must be obtained elsewhere.

Field or factPublic availability and meaning
Report dateShown; dates the current-population snapshot, not a release event.
Name and HC numberShown; useful to match the person and narrow later requests.
Charge and bailShown; reflects the active entry at report time, not final disposition.
Release date and timeNot shown; request the custody-end event from the responsible custodian.
Release authority and typeNot shown; distinguish bail, court order, sentence completion, and transfer.
Destination or receiving agencyNot shown; needed to separate community release from continued custody.
Booking photographNot shown; it must be requested as a separate existing record.

A release transaction should close one specific custody interval. It may state discharge to the community, transfer, time served, bail, court order, or another disposition. Only an event that records actual discharge supports the ordinary meaning of release. A move to NJDOC or ICE ends Warren’s transaction but continues confinement under another agency.

The official Hunterdon report landing page is pictured below to show why the public source cannot supply a rolling three-day history.

Hunterdon Weekend Release Checks

No official Hunterdon or Warren source states a weekend release schedule, holiday procedure, daily release time, or update cadence. A three-day inquiry can span a weekend, but it must not promise that an event will appear on the next business day. Court action, physical release processing, transport, and data publication are separate stages. If timing matters, ask the custodian for the completed event rather than an estimate.

A court order entered within the period may authorize exit while another charge, warrant, sentence, or detainer prevents it. Conversely, the jail event may occur after the date on an order. Preserve both dates. The court record explains legal authority, while corrections documents the physical movement. Hunterdon directs Superior Court criminal records to NJ Courts rather than the county OPRA channel.

When a person is expected to leave Warren, call before traveling. No official source promises an exit door, waiting place, or transport from the Belvidere jail. A weekend pickup plan should use the location and status confirmed by Warren, not the Hunterdon county name alone.

Note: A three-day window organizes the inquiry, but it does not establish a fixed weekend publication or processing schedule.

Why Hunterdon Release Lists Mislead

Hunterdon publishes a dated current-population PDF while Warren houses all Hunterdon inmates. This two-county model makes a disappearance more ambiguous than it may first seem. A fresh Hunterdon arrest may move to Warren. A person at Warren may then go to NJDOC, another jail, a federal authority, immigration custody, court, a hospital, Home Detention, or the community. One agency’s closed transaction does not prove that all custody ended.

Phrase the result by source. “Hunterdon did not list the person on the dated report” is narrower than “released.” “Warren reports community discharge” identifies both the custodian and the event. A state `Date Out-of-Custody` closes the displayed NJDOC incarceration interval. BOP `Released` closes BOP custody. An ICE released result closes ICE custody. Each may leave supervision or another system in place.

A positive current-report match also has limits. It shows that the person appeared in the snapshot, not that the person remains there when the report is read. Report date, spelling, movement, and cross-county handling must all be reconciled. Direct confirmation should control a time-sensitive conclusion.

Hunterdon Three-Day Record Request

Use the Hunterdon NextRequest portal for a written county request. Describe a short date range and name the existing records sought: booking or admission record, custody movement log, release or discharge event, date and time custody ended, authority and type, and receiving agency or destination for a transfer if releasable. Include full name, aliases, birth date, and HC or booking number when known.

Ask for electronic copies and accept lawful redaction. If Hunterdon says Warren created or retains the physical event, keep the referral and submit to Warren. A “no records” response from one custodian does not settle the court, NJDOC, BOP, ICE, or another county. Track the request number, wording, submission date, response, withheld portions, and cited basis.

Ordinary complete OPRA requests for currently available records are generally due as soon as possible and no later than seven business days. Other periods and reasonable extensions can apply. This response framework is not a promise that a public three-day release log exists. The request should ask for the underlying event records for the chosen range.

Hunterdon Release Source Boundaries

Use NJDOC only for a state-prison interval. Search by SBI number when possible, match identity and county of commitment, and read the correct incarceration history. `Date Out-of-Custody` confirms the end of that displayed state interval. `Current Max Release Date` is a projection, and parole eligibility is not proof that the person exited.

VINE is most useful before an event. Select New Jersey, match the individual and reporting jurisdiction, then register if the live record offers notification. Preserve the event wording and agency from an alert. No official released-result archive was found, so VINE does not replace the durable jail, DOC, or court record.

For federal custody, a past BOP release date or `Not in BOP Custody` closes the federal bureau’s interval only. ICE’s locator uses a separate system and can show people released from ICE custody within its stated short window. A county transfer to ICE is not community release. For a named person whose path is uncertain, use the Hunterdon County released inmates search sequence to classify the custody system first.

Note: State, federal, immigration, and county status labels must be tied to the agency and the correct custody interval.
